The Sonnie Badu Foundation has donated an amount of ten thousand Ghana cedis (GH¢10,000) to some 24 victims of the June 3 fire and flood twin disaster.

The foundation, fronted by Ghanaian gospel musician Sonnie Badu, set up a relief fund to raise an ambitious amount of USD 50,000.00 to support the state to take care of the victims of the disaster which saw the deaths of over 150 residents of Accra, Ghana.

The fund, dubbed Rising Above The Flood-Ghana, could not be raised but the Sonnie Badu Ministries has still come through for the victims.
